For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. ADN-ZB Demme 23.6.1976 Bez. Erfurt: Zugentgleisung in der Nähe Eisenachs-In der Nähe des Bahnhofs Eisenachs entgleisten am 23.6.1976 aus bisher noch nicht geklärter Ursache vier Reisezugwagen des D 354 Berlin-Friedrichstraße - Paris. Ein Wagen stürzte um und kollidierte dabei mit einer Lokomotive, die auf dem Nebengleis leere Personenwagen rangierte. Fünf Fahrgäste und der Lokführer wurden schwer und 20 weitere Personen leicht verletzt. Die Verletzten erhalten im Kreiskrankenhaus der Stadt Eisenach alle notwendige ärztliche Fürsorge. |
