English: Gothic Cathedral, by Eugene Emmanuel Viollet-le-Duc. In order to give an idea of what a cathedral of the 13th century must have been like, complete, achieved as conceived, we give here (18) a cavalier perspective of an edifice of that time, executed after the type adopted at Reims.
