Steps

2. Get a PDF from SILE: sile literaturnaya.sil.
3. Open literaturnaya.pdf with Inkscape using Poppler/Cairo as the importer. Immediately resave as SVG.
4. It'll be a large file full of unnecessary <symbol> usage. Worse, though, it won't match the original nominal size. So, to fix both, run cairosvg -u -o /tmp/out_cairo.svg /tmp/literaturnaya.svg -s 1.4594945. If something changes in Inkscape, the scale parameter might need changed.
5. (Optional) Run svgo -o /tmp/literaturnaya.svg -i /tmp/out_cairo.svg. It saves filesize:
