English: Chelfham Viaduct, circa 1904 (from a contemporary postcard). This image is a scan from a contemporary, hand-coloured photographic postcard, one of a series published by The Pictorial Stationary Company, London, as part of their "Peacock" series, in 1904/5. It shows the railway as it was when built, a scene that is still very recognisable, although somewhat different, today.
