DescriptionChester HQ January 2009 - geograph.org.uk - 1141012.jpg
English: Chester HQ January 2009 This prime site, alongside Chester's inner ring road and overlooking the Roodee racecourse, was once the Militia Barracks. Later, in the 1960s, it became the location for Chester's much disliked Police HQ, and now it is being reborn again as a multi purpose hotel, apartment and office complex.
