Summary

Description
English: Clea helena is a carnivorous species of freshwater snail, here shown with its siphon protruding. Most species of snails with a siphon use it for breathing, however in Clea helena the siphon is also adapted to be used when hunting other snails. The plants in the immediate background are a small species of Sword plant, Echinodorus quadricostatus var. magdalenensis.
