Fair use rationale
[edit]It is believed that the use of this image, qualifies as fair use in the article Club Kidsoft because:
- Club Kidsoft, Inc. has not released any such images into the public domain, and a replacement image could not be created that would adequately provide the same information
- The company that created this software catalog no longer exists
- The use of this image neither detracts from the product nor inhibits its future saleability in any way
- The image is being used solely for informative purposes, as it serves to illustrate the style of disc envelope used
Licensing
