Summary

Description

Ball-and-stick model of a colistin molecule, C52H98N16O13. Hydrogen atoms and bond orders have been omitted for simplicity. The model is based on PDB entry 5L3G, the crystal structure of LSD1-CoREST1 in complex with polymyxin E (colistin). The colistin part is highlighted in the PDBe entry. The structure was reported in Sci. Adv. (2016) 2, e1601017.

Colour code:

Carbon, C: grey
Nitrogen, N: blue
Oxygen, O: red
