Fair use rationale for Columbus Stars[edit]

This image, Image:Columbusstars.GIF, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (DJSasso) feel it is covered by the Canadian/American fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution copy of symbol;
2. it is not being used for commercial use
3. the image is only being used for informational purposes.
4. the image portrays the Columbus Stars, for which it is being included in
