A Comissão de Educação, Cultura e Esportes (CE) promove o seminário 21 Horas pela Inclusão. A programação terá três dias de atividades sobre educação inclusiva, acessibilidade, comunicação, comportamento, entre outras. A abertura do evento, que tem o apoio da Embaixada do Reino Unido,tem início no dia 21 de março — quando é comemorado o Dia Internacional da Síndrome de Down.

Participação do grupo musical Surdodum.
