Summary

Description

Ball-and-stick model of a creatine molecule, C4H9N3O2, from the crystal structure reported in CrystEngComm (2014) 16, 8197-8204 and CSD entry JOHJIB01. The molecule exists as a zwitterion in the crystal, with a protonated guanidinium group, R2NC(NH2)2+, and a deprotonated carboxylate group, RCO2.
