Description The Cross Mountain Miners' Circle at Circle Cemetery in Briceville, Tennessee, in the southeastern United States. The miners buried at this memorial were killed in the Cross Mountain Mine Disaster of 1911. The obelisk was placed by the United Mine Workers of America shortly after the tragedy.
