Summary

Description
English: The Cunningham C1, displayed at the 2018 Greenwich Concours d'Elegance. This one was raced once, by John Fitch, but was also brought to Le Mans in 1951 to provide more testing opportunities for the drivers. It is the only Cunningham to have been equipped with a Cadillac V8 engine. Owned by Briggs Cunningham until 2006, after which it went to Miles Collier, whose collection is now with the Revs Institute in Florida. 33 of the 35 Cunninghams built were gathered for the 2018 Greenwich Concours d'Elegance. Some said that this is all the remaining ones, while others told me that one car was missing. Never mind, it was a more than impressive gathering and about a dozen or so C3s can be seen in the background here.
