Deutsch: „Das Wappen zeigt im grünen Feld drei, 2:1 gestellte, silberne (weiße) Leopardenköpfe mit ausschlagender roter Zunge. Im Oberwappen eine fünfzinnige rote Mauerkrone.“ Die drei Leopardenköpfe auf grünem Grund stammen vom Wappen der ehemaligen Gemeindeherren von Bocholtz. Das Geschlecht derer von Bocholtz hatte seinen Sitz auf der Burg gleichen Namens unweit des Dorfes und war Grund- und Zehntherr in Lobberich. |
