Object history
Deutsch: Das Deichselkreuz ist dem Wappen der Grafen von Wildberg entnommen. Ihre Stammburg lag im Gemeindegebiet und ist als Burgruine Wildberg bis heute erhalten. Als die Familie 1304 ausstarb, kam die Burg an das Hochstift Würzburg. Seit 1584 ist das Hochstift im Besitz des gesamten Ortes Sulzfeld. Daran erinnert der so genannte fränkische Rechen aus dem Hochstiftswappen.
