Jennifer Sinclair Curtis joined UC Davis in October 2015 as the eighth dean of the College of Engineering.
Formerly Distinguished Professor of Chemical Engineering and Associate Dean for Research at the University of Florida's College of Engineering, Curtis is recognized worldwide for her pioneering research in the development of numerical models for the prediction of particle flow phenomena.
Curtis earned her PhD in Chemical Engineering at Princeton in 1989, and subsequently accepted faculty appointments at Carnegie Mellon University and Purdue University.
