English: Deqa Yasin Hagi Yusuf, Somalia’s Minister of Women and Human Rights Development, speaks at a ceremony to announce the renovation of Qamar primary school, which will be rehabilitated by the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM), in Mogadishu, Somalia on 24 November 2018. The School was named after Dr. Qamar Aden Ali, late Somalia's Health Minister, who was killed in a suicide attack at Shamo hotel in 2009, Mogadishu, Somalia to recognize her services.
