English: Dog-Latin? This board carrying a 'Latin' inscription can be seen on one of the houses in the cul-de-sac leading to Plas Glynamel. Ostia was a Roman town but although several of the other words are individually familiar the meaning of the whole is unclear. Can anyone help?
