Description

"Made in the late 1870s this bicycle was developed as an alternative to the Ordinary.

This type of safety bicycle was not a success when first made. However it is important as a forerunner of the safety bicycles that were to be developed in the 1880s which were to replace the Ordinary. the maker of this bicycle is unknown."
