In accordance to the "Copyright Term and the Public Domain in the United States, 1 January 2009" Images and publications published with notice but copyright which weres not renewed from 1923 through 1963 are public domain due to copyright expiration. "ECOS" which went out of service over 35 years ago, could not have renewed its copyright which expired. Therefore, this would make the image and content public domain. Clipping Num.1 tells of Jose Sotomayor and Joaquin Santiago participating in the Musical Comedy "Dem Dry Americana", the second refers to Joaquin Santiago Radio Show, in the third Joaquin Santiago announces the Prizes given in the Tropicana Club.
