DescriptionEntrance to the Barn Gallery of the Alexander Keiller Museum - geograph.org.uk - 1099982.jpg
English: Entrance to the Barn Gallery of the Alexander Keiller Museum. This is the entrance to the National Trust run Barn Gallery of the Alexander Keiller Museum at Avebury. It is housed in an 18th century threshing barn, and the interior is maintained at such a low temperature (in order to preserve the historic building) that most of the archaeological artefacts are displayed in a different gallery where the temperature is better suited to their preservation.
