Elle représente un "atelier de Sculpteur" construit rue d'Assas, à Paris, par l'architecte Achille Leclère en 1828.
English: This print was realized by Normand l'aîné (Louis Marie Normand ?) and published in the book "Paris moderne, ou choix de maisons construites dans les nouveaux quartiers de la capitale et dans ses environs" in 1837, plate 154. it represents a "Sculptor's studio" built rue d'Assas, in Paris, by the architect Achille Leclère in 1828.
