Summary

Description
English: Glendale in winter Just one single track road with at least two steep hills connects Glendale to the rest of Skye. The gritting lorries have done a good job of keeping the road open in the recent icy weather.

Some 300 people live here.

In this view, the road to Glasphein is just past the house on the right. The building to the left is the Free Presbyterian Church of Scotland.
