- The book is incredibly rare-I know of no copies in the UK-and without an image explaining the aesthetics of the book, no reader of this article is likely to ever see a page from this seminal work in the history of artist's books
- It is believed that illustrating a small portion of the work discussed to illuminate its design falls within fair use rationales.
