Fair use in First Utterance[edit]

Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It is a low resolution copy of an album cover.
2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the album in any way.
3. Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD.
4. The image is significant because it is the cover art for a noteworthy album.
5. The image assists in interpreting themes of drama & mental disorder mentioned in the accompanying text.
