Čeština: Vlajka obce Horní Kounice, okres Znojmo, Česko.
List tvoří dva vodorovné pruhy, červený a pilovitý zelený, v poměru 5 : 1. V červeném pruhu bílý středový kříž vycházející z druhé čtvrtiny žerďového a vlajícího okraje listu. Zelený pruh má šest zubů s vrcholy v třetí čtvrtině šířky listu. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
