Čeština: Vlajka města Karolinka, okres Vsetín. List tvoří tři svislé pruhy – modrý, zelený a modrý, v poměru 1:3:1. Ve středu zeleného pole je bílá široká sektová sklenička, široká jednu pětinu délky listu a vysoký čtyři sedminy šířky listu.
