Русский: Флаг Милославского района, Рязанская область, Россия

«Прямоугольное голубое полотнище с соотношением ширины к длине 2:3, несущее у древка жёлтую вертикальную полосу шириной в 1/4 длины флага, на которой в верхней части помещено изображение старинной зелёной княжеской шапки с чёрной опушкой и жёлтым украшением над ней („городком“), имеющим в центре голубой самоцветный камень. Высота шапки составляет 1/5 ширины флага. На остальной голубой части полотнища помещено изображение композиции фигур из муниципального герба — жёлтого хлебного снопа, в который вплетены две былинки ковыля, с белыми за ним киркой и лопатой накрест».

Внесён в Государственный геральдический регистр Российской Федерации с присвоением регистрационного номера 8488.
