Summary

Description
English: The Flag of the President of the Philippines used from 1980-1986 during Pres. Marcos' administration was unique, the Presidential Coat-of-Arms was revised and was replaced with an upside down equilateral triangle, the sealion or 'Ultramar' was replaced by an eagle, specifically a Philippine Eagle which was called 'haribon'.
