Source Digital reproduction of the Flag of Albanian Merchant Marine, as extracted from page 4 of file AQSH, F. 149 (Kryeministria (Pas 7 Prill 1939)), D. I-I-359, as proposed by Lieutenant-General office and decided by the Council of Ministers on 28 October 1942 (decision nr. 1515), and defined as "Flag of Albanian Merchant Marine is composed of three horizontal stripes: red - black - red, as used before [the personal union]."
