English: Forsythia viridissima, an unsigned chromolithograph from the second volume of Jardin Fleuriste (1851-1852) by Charles Lemaire, whose principal artist was Jean-Christophe Heyland (1792-1866). This plant was named and described by John Lindley in 1847.
