Summary

Description
English: Plats of Northern Jefferson Township, Geary County, Kansas, 1909. Shows part of Fort Riley Diminished Reserve, and the ghost town of Pawnee, site of the First Territorial Capitol of Kansas, across Kansas River. Also notes "Geological Center of United States" at the time, but that is incorrect.
