DescriptionFourth Battle of Komárom (30 July-3 August 1849). The Hungarian action from 25 July.png
English: In the fourth Battle of Komárom (30 July-3 August 1849 the Hungarian garrison of Komárom defeated and chase away the besieging Austrian troops. The main cause of this victory was that, thanks to the successful raid against the Austrian outpost from Tata, the Hungarians captured a document which showed the enemy troops number and deployment. This convinced the Hungarian commander General György Klapka to attack the Austrian troops.
