  • Note by Ecummenic: The identity of the model is questionable because it shows a young woman, dressed and combed in the fashion of around 1670, when at this time Francois was more than 45 years old, also this engraving seems to be derived from a portrait of Diane Gabrielle Damas de Thianges (1656-1715) made by Jacob Ferdinand Voet (see image below)
