Čeština: Matriční záznam o narození Františka Kmocha (1848–1912) v Zásmukách, hudebníka, skladatele a kapelníka, který se na přelomu 19. a 20. století stal jedním z nejznámějších skladatelů soudobé populární (tj. dechové) hudby u nás. Jeho pochody doprovázely všechny významnější národní slavnosti a společenské akce. Narodil se jako nemanželský syn Kateřiny Baláčkové. Jeho otec Jakub Kmoch jej uznal za svého až po sňatku s Františkovou matkou v listopadu 1855, jak je patrné z dodatečného zápisu v záznamu o narození.(SOA v Praze, Sbírka matrik a průvodní listinný materiál, Středočeský kraj, sign.
