Description
Português: O "Ginásio Baiano" fora fundado em Salvador no ano de 1858 pelo futuro Barão de Macaúbas, Abílio César Borges; em 1871 este o transferiu para o cônego João Nepomuceno Rocha que mudou o nome para "Colégio São José"; em 1876 uma nova mudança de proprietário, adquirido por João Florêncio Gomes, deu-lhe a denominação final de "Ginásio São José". Era, ao seu tempo, o mais antigo colégio particular da capital baiana.

  • Article 96: The term of protection of neighboring rights shall be 70 years from the first of January of the year following fixation for phonograms, transmission for the broadcasts of broadcasting organizations and public performance in other cases.
