Description
English: Roslyn Harmon is the first person of color and the first Black female to win an elected seat as Mayor of Golden Valley, MN. A resident for 30 years, Roslyn's first time campaigning turned out to be victorious on election night November 7, 2023. In a tight race against her opponent Gillian Rosenquist, Roslyn breaks barriers with her historic win!
