Fair Use Rationale

[edit]
  • The image is low resolution, and utterly unsuitable for reproduction
  • The artwork in the article is very rare-there are no known copies in the UK, and don't seem to be any in MOMA either, and as such this is the only photograph I can find of an original example of Grinder Chess.
  • The work is historically important, and deserves to be better known. This article attempts to help redress the balance, and help the reader visualise an artwork that they are unlikely to ever see.
  • In accordance with wikipedia guidelines, illustrations pertinent to help visualise visual works of art are demed acceptable.
