• It is a low resolution still of a film
• It does not limit the copyright owners' rights to sell the film in any way
• It allows for identification of the film Love Stories
• No free alternatives are possible
• It illustrates the film in question but does not give spoilers because it comes from fairly early on in the introduction of the character
