I took this picture in 2015 of people engaging in the Hammerschalgen® nail driving competition in Hinckley, Minnesota. I do not own the rights to the trademarks shown in the picture, namely: the word "Hammerschlagen;" the phrase "Get Nailed;" and the Hammerschlagen trade dress that is depicted. These marks are owned by WRB, Inc. of Minnesota, and they have not sponsored my use of their property. As the purpose of this picture is to describe how the marks are used, I believe that the configuration shown here is acceptable under the nominative trademark fair use doctrine of United States law.
