Description
Deckengemälde im Vestibül des Hauptzollamts München, 1912. Als Maler wird in zeitgenössischen Baubschreibungen ein anderweitig nicht fassbarer Kunstmaler Staudenmayer aus München genannt. Das Gemälde zeigt die Patrona Bavariae als Herrscherin über Handel und Gewerbe, symbolisiert durch Putten, die Grundlage des Zolls. Der "Mohr" rechts im Bild stellt die exotischen Waren dar, die über das Hauptzollamt eingeführt werden.
