Description
English: The Hebern code building built in 1922 by Edward Hugh Hebern at 829 Harrison Street in Oakland, CA was built as a factory for the purpose of manufacturing the Hebern Electric Code Machine.
The striking three-story structure was built to accommodate 1,500 workers and had a luxurious office for Edward Hebern.
