DescriptionHeckington Railway Station - geograph.org.uk - 2431727.jpg
English: Heckington Railway Station, near to Heckington, Lincolnshire, Great Britain.
The original 1849 railway station on the Grantham to Skegness line, now part of the Poacher line from Nottingham to Skegness. The railway sees hourly services and a few trains on a Sunday. Much of the route retains its signal boxes including Heckington. The railway station is now a museum open many days a year, sadly today wasn't one of them.
