Description
English: The address given for Hook and Ladder Co. No. 10 by the "Documents of the Board of Alderman of the City of New York, 1879" is 193 Fulton Street. Visible on the right-hand side of the photograph is a sign advertising "L. Feuchtwanger & Co Chemists". According to the 1890 edition of the Trow City Directory, L. Feuchtwanger & Co were located at 191 Fulton Street, establishing 193 Fulton as the correct address.
