Summary

Description
Čeština: Vlajka obce Horní Řasnice, okres Liberec. Modro–bíle šikmo dělený list. V bílém poli modrý šikmý pruh vycházející z druhé sedminy dolního okraje do druhé sedminy vlajícího okraje listu. V žerďové polovině listu ledňáček s červenou zbrojí, držící v zobáku za hlavu přivráceného bílého pstruha. V dolním cípu listu modrá lilie.
