English: Looking east at the St. John's Terminal building from in front of Pier 40, at the west end of Houston Street at West Street in Hudson Square, Lower Manhattan. A former New York Central warehouse and freight terminal, the building was planned to be redeveloped in order to "save" Pier 40 after Hurricane Sandy; it is still proposed to redevelop the terminal. |
