English: Howard Robson (1915–1987) "He was a Republican member of the United StatesHouse of Representatives from New York. He served in theCounter Intelligence Corps of the United States Army from 1942-46.His training at Camp Ritchie in Maryland puts him among theranks of the Ritchie Boys. He served as county attorney of TiogaCounty, New York from 1946-58. He was elected to Congressin 1958 in a special election to fill the vacancy caused by theresignation of W. Sterling Cole and served from 1958-75.8 x 10 b&w glossy photo, neatly signed, fine."
