Français : cuisine tunisienne, pâte de piments frais concassés avec ail, coriandre et carvi pour épicer le lablebi, soupes, couscous, riz et autres plats de viande ou de poisson, préparation alimentaire épicée en boîte de conserve
English: Tunisian cooking, spicy pepper paste made of crushed fresh peppers, some garlic, caraway, coriander and some salt. Differs from harissa as the peppers used to make the paste are fresh instead of dried or smoked.
