Description Oil painting of architect Isaac Thomas Shutt (1818-1879), located in the Old Swan Hotel, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, England. Shutt was the owner of the Swan Hotel from 1849 to 1879, and he designed the Pump Room, Harrogate in 1842 when he was 24 years old. The portrait has been dated according to the apparent age of the sitter and style of clothes.
