Description
English: Bronze tablet in honor of mathematical physicist Josiah Willard Gibbs, designed by Lee Laurie and paid from a gift by Walther Nerst. Originally installed 1912 at the Sloane Physics Laboratory, now located at the entrance to the J. W. Gibbs Laboratories, Yale University.
